And University Prep, a respected private school for grades six through 12, draws students to Wedgwood from throughout the greater Seattle area.

Wedgwood real estate mainly consists of older homes of various styles. It's not uncommon to see a small home surrounded by a white picket fence or property lines marked by manicured hedges.
